• An Intuitive Editor that allows customers to place text over your template, and change the size, position, rotation, and font to their liking.
• A Desktop and Mobile Compatible Web App means customers can customize your templates with whatever device they have!
• LOTS of Fonts that we are adding to all the time. (Btw, if you have a free and open font you like let us know, and we'll try to add it!)
• A Big, Bright DONE Button that saves the customer's design, makes it available for you to download, and gives the customer a special "code" they can give you to make sure you use the right file for their product.

Useful Tools For Makers.

Along with simplifying custom products for customers, Custom Cut Studio includes additional tools to help you get custom products to your custumers faster:

• Automatic "Text to Path" Conversion (Beta) allows you download a copy of a customer design with all the text converted to paths. Required for some laser cutters that don't support text.
• Automatic Font Detection tells you what fonts the customer used in their design. This eliminates guess work and lets you download the same font if tweaks or edits are necessary.
• SVG Templates and Designs keep file management simple. No proprietary file formats. No new software to install.

After buying a Glowforge and starting our own Etsy shop selling laser cut wood items, we eventually started thinking about how to sell customized products. We thought a web app where customers could add their own words and phrases (in their favorite font) would be a great start, and other Makers might want the same thing. As a result, we built Custom Cut Studio! Give it a try and tell us what you think!

We want everyone who thinks Custom Cut Studio might be useful for their business to be able to try it out. That's why Custom Cut Studio is free to try and remains free for makers using 1 Template and up to 10 Designs. When you want to create multiple Templates, allow more customers to create designs, or get access to additional features, we offer paid packages. These packages support our work and help us offer new features.
