When using Custom Cut Studio, you agree that:

• You are the legal owner or have permission of the owner to files uploaded as templates
• You are at least 18 years of age. If you do not meet these eligibility requirements, you must not access or use Custom Cut Studio
• You will not violate any laws, third party rights or our Terms & Conditions or other policies
• The information you provide will be truthful and accurate
• You will not impersonate any individual or provide false registration information; You will not transfer your account or user ID to another party without our consent
• You will open and use no more than one account with Custom Cut Studio (multiple accounts are not permitted)
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information including your password
• You will not copy, modify, create creative derivative works of, distribute, publicly perform or display, or otherwise exploit any content from Custom Cut Studio, except content that is uploaded and owned by you or created using templates uploaded by you.
• You use Custom Cut Studio at your own risk. We do not guarantee that the service will always be available, work flawlessly, be completely secure, or have zero bugs.

The owner of Custom Cut Studio reserves the absolute right to close your account, terminate this agreement, and cease doing business with you at its sole discretion and for any reason it determines.

Changes

We may revise and update these Terms and Conditions from time to time in our sole discretion. All changes are effective immediately when we post them, and apply to all access to and use of Custom Cut Studio thereafter.

Your continued use of Custom Cut Studio following the posting of revised Terms and Conditions means that you accept and agree to the changes. You are expected to check this each time you access this Website so you are aware of any changes, as they are binding on you.

Billing and Payment

Payments are due in advance monthly or terms agreed between the parties in writing. Service will not start until the payment is received. Services will be terminated if payments are not received within the terms.

If you cancel a paid subscription plan, you will be prorated the unused amount for the month and access to the features of that plan will be immediately revoked.

If you change to a different plan, you will be prorated the unused amount for the month on your previous plan and charged the monthly amount for the new plan.

The gist is you are charged in advance for the month, but if you change or cancel your plan, you only pay for the days of the month you had the plan.
